The Apprentice / Internship Management System (AIMS) is designed to ease the pain points associated with workforce management. Employers can easily manage their workforce by allowing their employees to use their mobile devices to clock in / clock out, submit custom feedback surveys, stay in touch via a group calendar, and even ask questions to their manager. Employers can then mine the data via the web portal from the surveys & timesheets to validate the health & productivity of their workforce.
